Birchbox.com offers Free Standard Shipping on all full-size product orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a flat delivery charge of $5.00. There is no delivery fee for the monthly subscription Birchbox.
Every month, our Birchbox Monthly Picks ship for free. This category includes the full-size versions of all the products that are sampled in that month’s batch of Birchboxes. Most months, this will include more products than the ones you received in your personal box, since the boxes are customized. Happily, you receive free shipping on all the Monthly Picks even if you didn’t receive a sample of them in your box. You don’t need any special promo code to redeem this offer – simply click and check out. The promotion lasts through the 10th day of the following month.
We currently ship only to the United States, its territories, and APO boxes at this time. Boxes are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations and the US Postal Service. Every month, as soon as your box is sent you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. The post office drops off the box without signature confirmation.
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the close of the following business day. Orders received on the weekends are usually processed by end of day on Tuesday.
