It’s Go Time: Birchbox Subscribers Share Their Strategies

In January’s Sneak Peek, we asked you to share your Go Time strategies, aka the ways you plan on starting out 2014 on the right foot. We were inspired to see not only how big your ambitions are, but how you plan to achieve them. Here are a few standouts:

"I want to try as many beauty products as I can during 2014 to see what works best for me!"—Adriana Ball

"I am looking forward to being the best person I can truly be and working on helping people in need this year."—EttySpaz

"One thing I'm going to try in 2014 is being more adventurous with my style—hair, makeup, clothes, the whole nine yards. As a redhead I often hear from people what I can't pull off and haven't really changed up much since middle school because of it. I'll be turning 25 this year, so it's time to start experimenting!"—Sierra Zwilling

"Giving more time to my kids and grandbabies! My small business has been given a great opportunity with a new client so being more flexible and out of town travel will be my work related goals." —Renea McAllister

"I'm super excited to run my first 5k. My friend and I signed up together to motivate each other. I even got a zombie running app that helps you run longer and faster by immersing you in a story while you run and giving you goals to achieve to avoid zombies and save mankind. Talk about good motivation!"—Kaitlyn Nagi

"2014 is the year I am going to try extra hard to build up my YouTube channel with makeup tutorials, hauls, and the science behind all of the beauty!"—Jill Ann

"I'm looking forward to attending some group fitness classes. I usually just hit the gym solo, but I figured this would be a great way to meet new people. My goal is to push myself to get out of my comfort zone every day!"—Allison H

"One of my New Year’s resolutions is to keep touch with friends and family. (I'm terrible it!) The cards from Rifle Paper Co. are perfect for sending a quick note to let people know you're thinking of them!"—Emzy Hooha

"My ultimate goal this year is to start living and believing that I am the person I want to be, instead of in the shadow of who I think I ought be. I love Birchbox videos, they are so inspiring and really encourage viewers to live this way!"—thelindseyjoonful

“I'm going to start off this year by saying YES to a lot more experiences. In the past, I have always been worried that saying yes could possibly lead to a horrible experience, but in saying no I've missed out on a lot of great ones, decisions I later regret. Therefore, I will take on the difficult task of being confident enough to say yes more — and saying no less!” —redheadloves
