its simply amazing. nice wash, pleasant smell. I think it thickens a little also. Only four stars, because it is overpriced!

Nice shampoo, not too drying, just the right amount of lather, but if you wear grownup perfume, you may find the coconut fragrance a little heavy.

I loved the coconut smell-- felt like I had been whisked off to the tropics. However I found myself having to lather a couple times per shower in order to clean my hair enough to last through the day. My hair is normal bordering on oily, so this probably wasn't the best choice for me. But may work great for thinner or drier hair.

I've been using this shampoo for years. I really like the way it leaves my hair shiny and silky. There's a really nice coconut scent when you're washing it but the smell doesn't linger around all day. Must try!

I'm very picky about my shampoo concerning parabens, SLS, and other chemicals. I love this natural shampoo with coconut oil. I also have the conditioner. Because of the coconut oil, you have to make sure you rinse well. My hair is soft and shiny. It's fabulous. I saw some other reviews complaining it doesn't lather. That is because there isn't SLS in it. I'm glad it doesn't lather. I've bought my second bottle.

This is my new favorite shampoo! I have baby fine hair and due to some medical issues it falls out due to some medications. I had read that Amino Acid shampoos can make a big difference and so I just had to try it. Within 2 weeks I have noticed a difference! I became scared to comb my hair after a shower but now, its not so bad. Thank you Kiehls!!

I LOVE this shampoo! I have tried so many different brands, both salon and drugstore, and this is by far the best for everyday care. I have long wavy hair and use a lot of different products -- there are better shampoos out there if you're looking for volume or damage repair, but if you just want something simple to keep your hair looking great and feeling soft, this is it! It has a really nice light coconut scent and a great texture, and I can get away with using a smaller amount when compared with other shampoos.

I love how this shampoo is good for your hair and really lathers up. Other shampoos that claim similar benefits don't leave that "clean" hair feel.

I have very fine hair so I need to wash my hair daily to keep it from getting limp. This shampoo is so gentle so it's perfect for everyday use.

I love the way this shampoo smells, and it leaves my hair feeling very clean. One bottle lasted me 5 months which made up for the 20 dollar price tag
