This has become my new go-to shampoo. The way my hair feels after using this is amazing and I never need a conditioner. Can't recommend this highly enough!

I didn't find anything different about this shampoo. I had to take the marketing claims at face value without really feeling the difference.

It smells good, my hair feels the same. Not enough of a sample to know how good it was. So I guess it worked.

My stylist usually uses the Signature Shampoo/Conditioner, which I love, but I didn't want to splurge on the more expensive cleansing products, so I went with the cheapest in the line. I like the Gentle line because I don't feel like it weighs down my hair, yet it remains soft and shiny.

I have long and thick curly (italian) hair. It is a pain to use product for a professional setting and maintain it... this shampoo plus conditioner is very amazing!

I liked the scent, but I didn't notice any difference than the TIGI products I currently use.

I have very little hair so this product was kind of obsolete for me. I think it works alright and has a decent smell but was not a great thing for me.
