About a month ago I completely revamped my horrific shaving ritual and started researching the classic shaves my forefathers did. I soon learned that I must have a badger brush to round out my tools of the trade.
I broke this brush in by soaking it in warm soapy water for a couple hours, then let it sit overnight with the Proraso shaving cream lathered on it. The next day the brush performed spectacularly, and I lost only 2 hairs after that first application, none since then.
I highly recommend this brush to those looking to get into the traditional shave regime, and it obviously pairs well with the Proraso shaving cream and a safety/straight razor.
