My initial reaction upon opening the Birchbox was "yeah, whatever, it's *shaving cream*..." but I was surprised! This is a great product that I expect to purchase when my current shaving cream supply runs out. Never mind the price, this stuff is worth it.

This product is absolutely amazing - a tiny bit goes a long way, it provides a better and closer shave then I've ever gotten from another product.

One of the closest shaves i've had in a long time. Product smells great. Packaging looks cool but is hard to open.

I really enjoy this shave cream, but I have and always will be in love with Jack Black's Beard Lube. If Beard Lube didn't exist, this would definitely be my go to. It smells great and gets just enough of a lather for a comfortable shave without getting too crazy. Definitely give it a try if you tried Beard Lube and didn't fall in love. It's great!

My boyfriend has a rather glorious beard, so he wouldn't use this. Not one to let things go to waste, I used it. And loved it.

I really liked the product (it resulted in a close shave and smelled great) but had a hard time with the packaging of the sample. It was tough to open & ended up getting all over the place. Foil packets might be cost effective, but I'd like to see something a little more user friendly.

My husband used this product for the first time when he got his first Birchbox in. He is always looking for new shave products that he likes. After he used it, he said his shave was nice and smooth. He also smelled great afterwards!

I never knew that the type of shave 'cream' used to shave with actual mattered. I used this and could immediately tell it was different. I really felt that the razor glided over my skin more smoothly and it was a closer shave, that left less stubble. It has a nice smell too. Awesome product!
