I bought these collar stays for my husband for his birthday. I don't know if he'll ever actually use the tool capability of these stays, but he certainly loves the idea of them. They are made of sturdy materials.

Although these cost a lot more than your typical Collar Stays, I believe that if something really has value, you will treat it like it has value. One benefit is that I'll think twice about putting these through the washer or to the dry cleaners. Also I can't wait to try to open up a beer with my collar as a bar trick.

Possibly the coolest product on the website. They work as described. Thread cutter is great to have (as a non smoker I don't always have a lighter on me to burn the runaway threads of my clothes) and the bottle opener is a great party trick. They aren't terribly expensive and as long as I remember to take them out before I bring the shirt to the dry cleaners, I'll be happy I bought them.

Their size makes them a little difficult to use as a bottle opener, but they still serve the function, and the thread cutter is surprisingly sharp. I would definitely buy these again or recommend them to anyone.
