I was surprised at how difficult it is to get some of this out onto your fingers. I bought maybe I was missing something but the instructions don't really say anything special is required, I'll have to warm it up a bit like some others here suggested and see if that helps.

I haven't used any other moustache wax so I can't compare this product to anything else but I can say that it works and works well. Most important is to warm it up! At minimum put it in your pocket or, best of all, heat it with a hair dryer. The wax becomes much easier to use after it's been warmed and gives an all day hold.

I bought this stuff for my husband. He didn't really care for it. It doesn't spread easily on your finger and it's clumpy in your stash. If you can get it to spread, it does have a nice natural look but the hold seem to stay for more than 4 hours.

It has a great scent to it but the wax is so hard you really have to work at getting any out of the can.

I keep this in my pocket and pull it out when I need a little touch up. It works great. It keeps my moustache in plece and smells great.

I love this wax because it is NOT as sticky as some others. I dunno may sound weird but there ya go lol...

This would be my favorite wax if it was not so hard. Even in your pocket it's not warm enough. I tried heating it more, which helps for single applications, but that is not practical when you're out on the town.

Alternatively, if you can manage to get a bit on your fingers it will go a long way. You really don't need much.

I'll continue to keep this in my pocket and use it to stiffen up my upper lip after dinner or a bit or two during the day.

So I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and so far it's pretty decent. It does have a few downsides but also has a few perks.

Pros:
Smells great unlike some other waxes
Nice screw top tin
Perfect tin size

Con:
This wax is crazy hard and dry. Even after 'warming' it up, it's very hard and flakes/balls up when trying to apply.
If birch box stops carrying this and you look to buy direct it's triple the price.

It's unfortunate that it's so hard and dry otherwise this would be the perfect wax. It's still manageable and the scent is great so there are some redeeming qualities.

This has a really great hold. It's the perfect size to carry around for touch ups. The smell is really good. I use it all the time, in the morning and then before i go out at night.
