We all know the story: four mop-topped gents crossed “The Pond” from Liverpool and made millions of American fans scream in ecstasy. One things is clear: from 1969 to 1970, they all sported beards at overlapping periods—precisely during the making of Abbey Road. “Here Comes the Sun” was penned by a hirsute George Harrison for the legendary album. The message is clear and equally as poignant today: no matter how bleak things may seem, it won’t be winter forever.

Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here
    Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun, and I say
    It's all right
