I love the No4 Clarifying Shampoo so got me to purchase this product. Great hold and shows some texture on certain cuts nicely.

The Number 4 firm hold hair gel is really really sticky. I used it on my damp hair and it was sort of hard to work with. I dont think I would have been able to use it on dry hair. The hold was good and kept the frizz under control from the majority of the day.

I have a big cow lick - that makes my bangs separate and go crazy. I used a little of this before drying them and it made a huge difference. :)
It smells nice too.

I personally hate gels because they always look to "wet" for my style. This holds extra firm, which is great for thick hair, but looks dry! Definitely in love with this product, and am reconsidering my dislike for hair gels now.

What is this 1999, who uses hair gel anyway? Its sticky, flaky and down right nasty to put in your hair. I don't know why I even gave it a chance.

This stuff smells great and the hold is very good. It is not exactly my style, i prefer the soft feel after my hair is fixed. If you like to hard look, this is what you'll want to go with.

This has a strong hold all day control, which is nice. But it gives you the "i am wearing a ton of gel" look.

I tend to use a putty type hair gel but once I used Number 4, I don't think I'll ever use a putty again. This gel smells much nicer than most hair gels and it makes it very easy to pull off the Don Draper hair style.

I have always been the wax kind of guy. Usually because it does not leave my hair stiff. However, this product showed me that gels are a great option and even though this left my hair stiff it makes up for it with it being good for my hair. Most gels have lead me to loose some strands of hair but this one doesn't. I'm very thrilled with this product.
