I have dark circles and very dry skin. Even though this concealer is rich and pasty, which usually is what I need for my dry skin, it didn't work. It wouldn't easily blend with my skin, and it didn't cover the dark circles.
Pretty good stuff!
I tried this out and it does a great job for my under the eye dark circles and covers up quite nicely. Unfortunately, it didn't cover the small red spot on my cheek that I want to go away.
I was happy overall though.
I liked it at first but...
I like the way this covers up my dark circles; however, it tends to settle into my fine lines. Basically I felt like it covered up the circles but called attention to the lines. I look rested, but old. I like the "rested" look. The "old" look not so much.
This is one of my most favorite products! I use it with a little powder and it gives great coverage and feels good on. It gives great coverage with out feeling greasy or causing breakouts. A little goes a long way!
Gives me a full 8 hours in a couple of minutes!
I LOVE this concealer. I have extremely dark circles under my eyes. I have never found a concealer that conquered them the way the erase paste does. At first I was a little skeptical about all of the rave reviews but decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised that the lightest shade of concealer matched my very porcelain skin tone. The salmony color made me nervous when I bought it online, but it did an amazing job of covering my purple under eye circles. This is definitely a concealer that should be set with a powder.
I have been genetically blessed with under-eye circles, and I have been on a life-long mission to find a concealer that lasts the day and gets the job done. Erase Paste is long-lasting but the color did not do enough to counteract my dark circles. I use it for other concealing on red spots, blemishes, or dark spots and it works well for that.
Let me just say that I do not leave my house without applying this under my eyes -- hands down the best concealer I have ever used (and I've tried a lot of them) and I plan to never live without it. I've even gotten my roommate hooked on it too, it completely transforms your face and makes your eyes seem brighter. It's also perfect for covering up blemishes, it goes on very smooth. Definitely a favorite!
This is completely my favorite concealer. It covers up my dark circles and facial blemishes beautifully. It also leaves a bit of a glow...which especially helps with making my under eye circles less noticeable.
I don't have a big problem with dark circles. I do get some darkness when I am not getting enough sleep though. This concealer is very pigmented so like everyone else has mentioned a little goes a long way. And when I say little I mean teeny tiny. It would be best to start with a very itty bitty amount and build it up to your liking because it can be a bit greasy when it starts getting packed on. I prefer to warm it up on the back of my hand or between the fingers before applying to the face. I feel this helps the product blend in better. I also bought this concealer in hopes that it would cover my melasma spots. It helps a little bit but not enough to my liking. I'm still on the search for the perfect concealer that will cover my melasma without having to cake it on.
good salmon concealer
This concealer is a salmon color and was adequate at covering dark circles. It is not thick and can feel a little greasy. So it is easy to work with but if you apply to much it will be shiny. I also used it on redness and dark spots and it was just ok. I prefer a traditional skin colored concealer for that job rather than a salmon colored one. I feel this product is pricey but all of Benefit's products are.
