History
Founder Anastasia Soare didn’t just wake up one day with a brow obsession. Both classical art and her parent’s tailoring business influenced the Romanian-born beauty guru. From an early age, she saw the importance of proportion — and eventually applied that appreciation to beauty. After training as an esthetician, she moved to California, where she gained a huge following of celebs and A-listers. Since then, she’s become the country’s top brow expert, with a string of brow studios across the country and a line of award-winning brow, skincare, and makeup products.
Philosophy
Eyebrow shaping is a little bit art and a little bit science. Anastasia developed her own Golden Ratio rule for balancing the face with well-shaped brows using three focal face points: one that sits on an imaginary line that runs vertically though the middle of the nostril; one that’s the highest point of the eyebrow arch (which can be determined by drawing a line from the tip of the nose through the center of the iris); and lastly the end of your brow, which rests on a line that runs from the edge of the corresponding nostril out to the corner of your eye. Using these guidelines, and recognizing that eyebrows should also be shaped according to the individual’s unique facial features, led her to create her renowned technique and products.
