I'm not a usual lipstick wearer and if I didn't feel ridiculous in it I would be inclined to wear this. But buying was an experiment gone wrong. This stuff is good though!

I love how these lipsticks are so intensely pigmented; the colors are super vivid and they last and last. Great lipstick to wear for a night out since you won't need to touch up much. Kingdom is one of the most dramatic reds I've ever used. And I absolutely love the light vanilla scent! This is the second Beauty Is Life lipstick I've purchased and if there are more shades made available through the BB store, I'll probably buy more. Only drawback is it makes my lips feel a bit dry after I've been wearing it for a few hours so I do wish it was more emollient.

I am on the constant search for the perfect red and this was not it. It was too orange and too screaming as well.

I've never been a red lipstick kind of girl, but since this shade was described as universally flattering I decided to give it a go.

The color is very lovely and long lasting, but also very intense! I literally just dab a little bit on my bottom lip and then use a clear lip balm over it to smooth it onto both lips to de-intensify it. If I applied it as I might apply any other lipstick or lipgloss I think it would be way overpowering for my taste.

If you're looking for a really intense red lipstick - you won't be disappointed with this one! If you're just getting into reds, this one might not be the best "starter" color.

As background, I am Italian/Irish - which means I have very pale skin with olive undertones, brown hair and eyes. For years, I have bought into the beauty advice that everyone can wear red if they find the right color. I have bought countless lipsticks. I have tried on every red at at the counters.... so I jumped at this one that was described to be universally flattering. I really love the smell and the feel. The color lasts all day. I think it looks hot, my husband says I look like a clown. So I don't really wear it, I think red lips may be one of those looks girls like & guys hate.

This red is a nice bright, cherry red that looks pretty good with pale skin. It's not a darker red or ruby red by any means, it pops with a lot of color and is quite bright, but I think it's a fantastic casual red. It's a matte lipstick, super creamy, with just a hint of a luster to it.

This shade is wonderful and very flattering to my complexion but not the crimson color I was expecting. Maybe it is my complexion matched with the lipstick but on me it has more of a vibrant pink shade. Still a beautiful color though and very flattering!

This is a great lipstick!! I ordinarily balk at spending this much on a lipstick that I will really only wear at night, but the texture, light weight feel and lasting color that Beauty is Life lipsticks offer make this purchase well worth the money!

This is the first red lipstick I feel like I can wear without looking like a clown. It has a great vanilla scent to it and looks great on my pale skin.

Best lipstick I've ever bought! The red is perfect and it's not too sticky or matte, just the right amount of sheen. Stays on forever.
