History

In an industry driven by technological innovation and the discovery of exotic new ingredients, it’s hard to stand out from the crowd for very long. Frownies® has managed to do so since the 19th century. In 1889, founder Margaret Kroesen created “Wrinkle Eradicators” to preserve the youthful beauty of her concert pianist daughter. These facial patches proved so effective that she began selling them through a barber supplies company, which she later bought out and repurposed to sell skincare. Four generations later, the company still produces the same facial patches, and they still have the same antiaging effect.

Philosophy

Frownies® stays true to its legacy of using simple mechanics to smooth frown lines. To keep up with evolving science and technology, they also develop new products that improve skin health and help prevent skin cancer.

The most recent additions to the Frownies® line are two health and wellness books that encourage transitioning to a healthier lifestyle and dietary habits in order to transform skin from the inside out.
