There’s a story behind every smooch. When former model Keisha Whitaker and makeup artist A. J. Crimson launched Kissable Couture in 2008, they named each gloss after a man that they or their friends had locked lips with—talk about kiss and tell! Whitaker’s Academy Award-winning actor husband Forest lent his name to a sparkly red, while we can only guess who’s behind the bronze Eric or the peachy Chris. The runaway success of Whitaker’s line meant that she eventually ran out of ex-boyfriends’ names, but that hasn’t stopped her from conjuring up a variety of new, flattering shades.
