History
Growing up in Melbourne, Australia, Poppy King loved playing around with makeup but was frustrated that she couldn’t find a hyper-pigmented lipstick to satisfy her 1940s Rita Hayworth dreams. Poppy has been in the lipstick biz for years, launching her first lipstick line right out of high school and 2 years ago launching Lipstick Queen, a brand devoted to all things pouty and pretty.
Philosophy
Anyone can wear lipstick – and everyone should! But there are right and wrong lipsticks, pencils, and glosses out there – Poppy is dedicated to bringing us the most luxurious, long-lasting formulas and the most gorgeous hues.
