History

This skincare line is the result of one man’s passion for cosmetology. In 1984, Parisian doctor Patrick Sounigo launched a new career in cosmetology. He founded the Institut Samuel Par in Paris, using his medical training to develop innovative skin-balancing treatments for which the Institut quickly became known. In 2002, Sounigo partnered with designer Antoine Bouillot to create Sampar, an international brand based on the principles and treatments of the Institut.

Philosophy

The luxurious, well-packaged products are designed to target, correct, and prevent the skincare woes of an urban lifestyle, all using active natural ingredients.
