History:
Jim Scott and Jonathan King started out as amateur cooks and avid gardeners; they soon transformed their passion into their profession. After mixing, bottling, and canning in a 1700s barn in Kittery, ME, and selling at farmers’ markets, Jim and Jonathan caught their first big break at the 1995 Fancy Food Show in NYC. The rest is culinary history.
Philosophy:
Cooking is for everyone, from novices to experts, and should be as stress-free as possible. A passion for food is embedded in their philosophy and preparation—and their small-town taste makes us yearn for the New England coastline.
