Loved the generous sample! Smells great and very light ( I couldn't put my finger on the scent but here I see it is licorice) and was nice on my sensitive skin. I however didn't see a change in my skin.

this does a fantastic job of making my skin feel so clean and loved. the best feeling is washing a face full of makeup off with this and having smooth and bright skin underneath. it also smells great!

This product felt refreshing at first, but I found out after a few uses that it made me feel very dry. The sample size was generous enough that I used it for a week.

For those with oilier skin, I'd imagine it would be a great fit. But those with dry to combo skin, I'd be wary of dryness.

This cleanser sample was a very generous portion. I was able to use it for several months before I ran out. Although I did not see it make my complexion brighter, it did help some of my acne scars fade and it always left my face feeling very clean. Never did it leave my face dry or oily. So that was nice.

This cleanser was very effective in cleaning my skin and stripping it of the toxins that my skin gathers over the day. I also feel like it does peel away some dead skin that gathers as well.

However, I typically feel quite dry after washing my skin. Perhaps its because soap-like cleansers that foam typically strip my face of all the natural oils.

A friend of mine received this in her birchbox and told me about this product. I tried it out and fell in love! I've had acne since middle school and this is the best cleanser I've ever found. Keeps my skin clear and soft. I use it with my Mia cleansing brush and my skin is the best its ever looked. I've recommended this to friends, and EVERYONE that tries it, loves it. My friend not only got me hooked on this cleanser, but I subscribed to birchbox too!

The first time I used this, I adored it. Strong enough to really clean but didn't strip. Refreshing and left my skin very smooth and ready to absorb my moisturizer. The second time, however, was less pleasant. I had started using a rx strength retinoid about 3 days before and took this cleanser with me on an overnight trip. I think that the ingredients in the cleanser that brighten were just too strong for my newly sensitive skin. Nothing catastrophic happened, my face just stung while I washed it and instead of feeling smooth when I was done it felt irritated. Lesson learned. I'll be trying this again once my skin adjusts to the new routine.

The significant ruddy sun damage on my nose caused by severe sunburn one month ago is nearly GONE after a using this every evening for a week. I have very sensitive fair skin too. I've had no problems with drying irritation or breaking out in a rash. And kudos for the generous sample!

I don't like this one at all. It has a weird smell to it and it makes my skin kind of itchy. The worst part is the smell though and after 2 times using it I stopped. I just couldn't take the smell anymore.

I loved the deluxe sample I received back when and bought the full size. People talk about the smell but it's just licorice which help with the brightening effect. I like the scent.
