This tape works but it does NOT hold to heavier materials including cocktail dresses made of satin, silk, wool items, etc. Once you stick it on, you do not want your fingers to touch the other side of sticky or it will not hold the material you are trying to stick down. So-So product.
I need another!
How can you not love this stuff? It keeps everything in place. No more tacky bra straps hanging out. No more peek-a-boo plunging neck line. The little tin container is also the perfect size for popping in your purse. I'm about to buy another to keep in my car!
If you travel at all, you must have these in your carry on bag. They are extremely functional. I have even used them to fix a temporary hem when I didn't have time to sew it up. They also keep those pesky daring necklines from becoming risque in the workplace. This is a great product!
These are so necessary. If I run out of these, I always seem to need them the next day! If you are conscious about straps or anything, make sure to order at least a few boxes!
Great for holding revealing dresses in place!
I love this stuff for holding revealing dresses in place (so that they don't reveal too much)! It has become an essential for my Las Vegas trips :)
I have used this product for years, and I love it. It is perfect for button shirt that gap, as well as, as those other wardrobe malfunctions that just need a little help. You can go from malfunction to polished look.
This fashion tape is wonderful! I don't need it often but it has been a lifesaver at weddings (strapless dresses)
Work well, but sometimes visible
The tapes are strong and keep my shirt closed but be sure to order both nude and black - the nude ones are easily noticed on a dark shirt.
Waste of $
Double stick tape is much more effective. These aren't quite sticky enough and they have way too many tabs to pull off before use!
Can't live without these
It seems like none of my button-down shirts have a button where I need one--and these little sticky strips keep my shirts from gaping. I cut them in half and slip them in between the plackets, or use them when the upper button is too "buttoned-up" but the next one down is a little too low for work. I use them to keep strapless dresses in place, hem skirts, and keep bra straps in place under tank tops. They also come in super handy when I'm a bridesmaid or wedding coordinator! There's a tin in my purse, one in my cosmetics bag, and one at work--and the empty tins make great vitamin pill boxes & bobby pin boxes for traveling.
