For going on 70 years, Danish brand BODUM® has been synonymous with unparalleled brewing savvy—and not just coffee. This modern marvel perfectly illustrates why. The heat-trapping glass makes the perfect pot of tea—loose leaf or tea bags—and the high-tech design is so smart, you can even reuse the tea for a second or third steeping. Use it to make a full 34 oz. pot of whatever brew pleases your taste buds.
How it Works
This genius teapot harnesses the same technology as a French press—but unlike its coffee cousin, it lets you recycle the used tea leaves. When you’re ready to sip, the silicone plunger seals off the leaves, ending the brewing process and preserving the still-potent blend for a second or third brewing. Choose from three colors: Black, Red, and Off White.
How to Use
Place loose-leaf tea or tea bags in the interior filter, and fill the pot with near-boiling water. Steep for 4-8 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. To stop the brewing process, simply lower the silicone plunger until the tea is pressed against the bottom of the filter (and cut off from the water source). When you’ve finished the pot, just remove the plunger and re-fill with hot water to brew your next batch!
