I received this in my first birchbox about a year ago. I have been using it ever since. It's very moisturizing but not at all greasy. It also makes my skin more even toned and bright! It is very much worth the price if that is your concern.

My daughter received Algenist sample in her Birchbox and after she told me how much she loves it, i decided to order the Firming and Lifting Cream.. I am, after all, much older than she :)
I love the texture and the smell is awesome. Used morning and night, after only a few days my skin was brighter, much smoother, and the dark (age) spots are fading nicely. I have ordered the lighter lotion formula for summer daytime use.

The texture and smell of this cream make you feel luxurious for sure. This is the highest quality cream I've ever used and I'm not surprised to say you get what you pay for. I use this along with the eye renewal balm and can definitely tell a difference in less than a week. I can also tell both jars are gonna last quite some time even with daily use.

I love this since I first got in my box. It's expensive, but I just ran out and will be buying more, my "older" skin looks SO much younger!

I luv, luv this cream. I saw an instant change in my skin texture immediately. It is very easy to apply, automatically absorbs into skin and hydrates. I use it day and night and am beginning to panic, because my jar is almost empty.

I really enjoyed this prooduct. I did see big difference with my fine lines and wrinkles. It has great texture and nice scent.

My only regret is the price. Too expensive.

I have sensitive skin and this cream worked wonders for me. My skin felt so soft and moisturized after only a few uses. The cream absorbs right away and cleared any blemishes I had in a matter of days. Pricey? Yes, but worth every penny. This cream is a keeper!

It was light, smooth, oil free, and disappeared into my skin. It felt invisible, yet was visible from the inside out. I bought this one.

I have VERY combination skin. My dry areas will flake and peel while my oily areas require constant blotting.
