this is one of the strangest and most incredible products i have invested in in a long time. i use it for everything: face, hands, lips, cuts, scrapes, burns, etc. it works for it all.
I have heard a lot about this and i have started using the samples on a burn scar...tbd how well it works
Do Not Buy
More like a salve than a lotion. Very greasy and does not absorb well (or at all, really). Overpriced, you're better off just using organic coconut oil for the same results and a fraction of the cost.
Not exactly what I was expecting
I got it for my eczema but I do not like the feel and I can not stand the smell, so I use it occasionally for my feet. I guess it will work for me that way...
I bought this product thinking it would be more like a cream than an oily gel. It is a little hard to use, and I found I did not want to put clothes on right after using it for fear of staining.
Nice- but too much for oily skin
I have oily skin an this was too much for my face. it was great for my dry areas like my feet, elbows, and legs.
Although there is a bit of an oily texture, this cream quickly absorbs into skin and leaves a wonderfully soft texture to my skin. Will definitely buy again!
Not bad, but not "magic"
I've tried Egyptian magic as a skin moisturizer and as a hair conditioner. The latter, I would not recommend because it is very hard to wash out and doesn't make the hair easier to brush. As a lotion, it does rub in well, despite seeming oily. I didn't feel the moisturizing effects lasted. I also don't think this particularly helps with psoriasis, despite others noticing improvement.
Will last forever
I was a little stumped how I wanted to use this product. Dry hands for serious treatment? Under eye for serious moisture? I have done both. I think I bought into the advertising that 'everyone from Birchbox has this on their desks'. I had not sampled. If I had I may have passed. Nothing bad, just not a miracle.
Bought this for my daughter who has eczema. It's not a cure, but it defiantly provided relief during the cold and dry winter months.
