I bought this on a whim to bring my order up to $50 for free shipping. I'm glad I did. The flavor is subtle but really... I don't know - comforting? Its just a sweet happy flavor that gently sweetens. I've used in in seltzer and in tea and honestly? Just a splash in some ice water. And the jar is super cute and deluxe looking. A wonderful addition to any kitchen or bar!

I bought the Lavender/Lemon flavor. I have used it in iced tea and in ginger ale. I love the subtle flavor it adds. I have not yet used it in a cocktail. I can't wait to share this with my friends. I will recommend this to everyone. I plan to buy and sample the other flavors.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. We are experimenting with different shave ice flavors and combined this with fresh squared orange juice for a super yummy combination.

So far I've used it in a cocktail and also just as a sweetener for almond milk. It's so lovely and easy to mix. The flavor is very clean, with a nice little kick of spice. It is definitely tastes of cardamon and clove! Neither flavor overpowers the other.

i purchased the lemon/lavender simple syrup and it is great. awesome for cocktails or just to add a kick to seltzer. something i recommend everyone should try and experiment with.

I saw this stuff when I was in Brooklyn (where it's made) and REALLY wanted to try it but couldn't fly home with it. I ordered it on BB, and to be honest, you have to use a lot in a drink to flavor it in any capacity. It's mostly sugar... the packaging is wonderful, but the bottle is quite small for 11.00. I would probably not purchase again. It would, however, be cute for a gift.
