At Birchbox HQ, we’re known for loving all things baked—Mollie Chen’s homemade cookies, cronuts—and now, baked makeup. This pioneering powder gets it start as pure liquid pigment before being baked for 24 hours. The result? A weightless-feeling powder that’s free of added fillers. This winning blush and highlighter combo is sure to become a key player in your makeup routine. Each of the three shades has a swirl of dark and light hues that combine to give you a perfectly flushed finish. We love how they have the barest hint of sparkle—and slide on smoothly.
How it Works
This palette begins as a creamy liquid mixture of berries, pinks, bronzes, and golds that is then baked into a solid marbleized cake (yum). When you swirl the colors together, they give you a healthy flush. The formula keeps your skin as healthy as it looks.
How to Use
Using the Laura Geller Beauty Retractable Brush or your favorite brush, pick up an even layer of color. Sweep the powder in upward strokes along your cheekbones and dot a bit on the apples of your cheeks. Use a small brush to pick out your favorite shades and sweep them on your eyelids for a harmonious look.
