I always seem to be on the hunt for the next best tinty lipstick. A friend turned me on to Lipstick Queen with a birthday gift a few years ago with the Rose Sinner color, which I LOVE - it's a great color for my fair skin - though I have to admit after a few hours it starts to feel a bit dry. The medieval color, however, is a completely different consistency -- much more a lip balm with a gentle pop of red. Love!

This is nicely moisturizing. It pulls a little pink on me. But that's OK. The color lasts a few hours, the usual duration for me. It feathers a bit. No fragrance.

I've always avoided red lipstick because I felt it was too bold, didn't look good on my thin lips, and would wander all over my face. This lipstick makes me think differently. It's sheer, so I can go with a light swipe and not feel like all anyone will notice is my red lipstick. It's also buildable, so I can add more as I feel more confident. It doesn't lean blue or red, so I think it works well on any skintone. It leaves my lips feeling a little dry afterward, so I recommend a good lip balm to go with it.

I love a red lip. LOVE a red lip. Although I love a red lip, it isn't always something I want to take the time to care for throughout a day...lip liner, reapplying, staying put, etc.

This color is so nice. I is a true blue red, but extremely sheer. Love it. It is a great solution for days when you want to wear a more relaxed red lip. I find that most sheer reds tend to be more pink...this one stays true to red. Love it. Keep it in my makeup bag daily...as an option.

I have already used this whole stick up, and am looking for a new one! I ordered the Elizabeth arden sheer color lippie to replace this one, however, this one remains my fave.

Feels so moisturizing, no scents or tastes, and it does not get sticky or gummy.

I've had my eye on this lipstick for a while. It's a great color and I love the concept and history behind it! It's not at all dark, and makes for a perfect lip stain that doesn't dry out my lips. It's perfect for me to feel a little bit more dressed up without being obvious.

I love that this lipcolor is only a light shade of red. It mousturizes and clightly colors at the same time when your not in such a bold mood.

I bought this on a whim and it is one of my favorite lip products. If applied lightly the shade is a shiny light berry color that goes well with my pink undertoned skin. When built up, the color is a deep raspberry red. I love how moisturizing it is and how many compliments I receive when wearing it! Will buy it again!

I actually think this is more lush than the Fresh Rose balm! The color's quite different, though, but this is great for moisture and a soft berry lip.

I bought this without ever having had a sample of it; the product had intrigued me since I first heard of it months ago. I LOVE the color -- BB's description says "berry" but on me it's more of a true red. I've been wanting a sheer, non-shimmery red and this one is IT. I don't find it any more moisturizing than regular lipsticks, which was disappointing; I was hoping that this would be one I didn't have to layer gloss or lip balm over. But, since I have to layer over all my other lipsticks, I'm not going to consider that necessarily a 'drawback'. I would definitely repurchase this.
