When it comes to picking a favorite pattern, we’re torn between stripes, florals, and animal print—and that’s just on our nails. Each of these three pens (two timeless neutrals and a perfect-for-spring pastel) has two tips, tailored to different-sized designs. Stripes, swoops, chevrons, dots, flowers, animal prints: Whatever on-trend pattern we’re after, these tools make every look easy to apply.
How it Works
Think of these tools as both palette and paintbrushes: Each one contains both high-quality lacquer and two ways to put polish precisely where you want it. The slender brush swipes on stripes and lines of color, while the pen-point tip is ideal for dotting on more precise details.
How to Use
To access the skinny brush, simply twist off the cap as you would with any nail polish. To access the pen-style tip, pull off the cap like you’re uncapping a marker. After applying a base coat and at least two coats of a solid color (waiting after each coat so it can dry), get creative: Use the skinny brushes to apply stripes, lines, and chevrons, and the pen tips for dots, flowers, and other miniature motifs. Finish with a top coat.
