I'm a cleansing cream believer, but not this one. I bought this in an attempt to save myself some money. I LOVE Purely Perfect's cleansing cream, but it's $40 for 8oz. OUCH! I bought this because it's significantly less expensive, and while it works O-K, it just isn't a replacement. It doesn't rinse out as well, and I find the scent too perfumy, very strong and artificial smelling. The texture feels conditioning on first impression, but I found the moisturizing fell flat. It has a texture similar to Vaseline. It left my ends still in need of moisture. I have fine hair, but a lot of it, just for reference of anyone wondering. Making sure you really rinse well is important. Once, I had a lot of grease and buildup on the back of my head from not rinsing well enough. While it does weight down my fine hair a little, it wasn't as heavy as I thought it would be by the texture of it. If you can't afford Purely Perfect, maybe give this a try, but if you can, there's no contest. Purely Perfect is superior.
