I didn't find this shampoo to be very hydrating, in fact in was almost drying too much. I have brown semi wavy hair so maybe it's good for other color/types of hair.

After receiving a Number 4 sample I instantly fell in love. I have very dry, fine hair and this shampoo does not weigh down or dry out my hair. I love the smell as well- cant get enough!

I received a sample of this shampoo in my January box and it made my hair SO clean. I was amazed, and although I didn't want to part with any of my sample I encouraged my husband to try it. He said he couldn't remember the last time his hair felt that clean. It really feels like it clings to the hair and washes all of the build-up off, but left my hair shiny and soft. I have curly, course, semi-dry hair, and this stuff cleaned it like magic!

I have fine hair so I always have problems finding a shampoo that either doesn't create build-up or doesn't make it feel like straw...as soon as I put this on my hair, my hair felt so soft and it smells so good!

Absolutely wonderful shampoo lovely smell and my boyfriend loves to use it, we were out of shampoo and he used the sample and told me he liked it better. Within days my hair was softer and healthier without all the suds.

This product didnt leave my hair feeling too clean. Maybe because it didnt soap up as much as others. It may be good for those that have thinner hair.

I've tried lots of shampoos over the years and always end up back with Pantene Pro-V. I may have finally been won over by a different brand...

At first, it was a little strange not to create a big lather but once I saw the results, I realized the suds are probably created using the chemicals that strip hair of moisture. Over 2 weeks of use, I've noticed a big difference in the smoothness of my hair. It doesn't look as dry, even though it's the peak of winter.

I would absolutely recommending this product. Even though it is a little pricey, you don't need to use much so it should last.

I was very pleased with the shampoo product i received! It made my hair feel really soft & smells good too!

I started using Pureology years ago and then recently started using Carol's Daughter because they don't use parabens and such. When I used this sample that I received in my Decemeber birchbox, I instantly fell in love! It made my hair so smooth and shinny. Greatest shampoo I have ever used!!! A little expensive though ;)

I've been trying to find a shampoo that treats my fine hair well. I received a sample of this in my December Birchbox and used it that night.

The shampoo is THICK, so this sample is going to last a LONG time. You actually have to dilute it with a little bit of water to make it easier to work through your hair.

Immediately afterwards, my hair felt way healthier. I always have to pick a shampoo/conditioner that keeps my hair hydrated and strong, or else I get mad-crazy split ends. I can tell already that this product is well worth the price point.

Definitely would suggest this to a friend and am considering a purchase of the full-size product.
