Birchbox Breakdown

We know it’s a lofty goal, but we want our hair to feel soft and sleek every time we step out of the shower. No wonder we keep our caddy stocked with this mega-rich conditioner, which restores heat-damaged and chemically-treated locks. Oribe whipped up a rich combination of botanicals and proteins to infuse every strand with shine and lasting hydration. The sulfate and paraben-free formula also protects hair from the damaging effects of UV rays.

How it Works

Oribe’s one-of-a-kind complex of watermelon, lychee, and edelweiss flower extracts defends hair’s natural keratin, ensuring that strands won’t ever look dry or brittle. Vegetable-derived proteins restore strength to processed locks, while cetrimonium chloride keeps static and frizz at bay. Amber extracts and pro-vitamin B5 adds shine and manageability, while UV filters provide lasting sun protection.

How to Use

After shampooing, massage into wet hair and leave on for one to three minutes. Rinse away with warm water.

Not their best

I am a big fan of Oribe. I normally use the Signature shampoo with the Conditioner for Brilliance & Shine. This conditioner, although it is supposed to be rich, is not as rich as the Brilliance & Shine conditioner. This is on the thin side. I felt like I needed to use a lot of conditioner each time, and it would rinse completely out, without leaving anything - which meant my hair was back to feeling unhealthy. I have fine, damaged hair and would prefer a thicker conditioner. I'll go back to the Oribe Brilliance & Shine.

Love it!

Great conditioner - smells great and is thick enough to moisturize my hair without weighing it down.

It's ok

It smells good, my hair feels the same. Not enough of a sample to know how good it was. So I guess it worked.

Smells great and doesn't weigh down.

I will only buy Oribe products now. I love that every product smells the same so I don't end up smelling like a bunch of chemicals. This conditioner definitely doesn't weigh down my hair, but it conditions enough to give softness and shine.

A good conditioner but nothing special

Smells good and nice and light, but honestly, its no better than anything I'd ever used before. The same can be said for the shampoo.

I don't usually use or buy conditioner. This one smelled really nice like the shampoo

As far as myself I do not use conditioner often so I have a little basis of comparison. However, as far as my experience goes I believe this is a pretty good product.

Nice, but not for me.

I keep my hair short and get it cut every 5 weeks. I'm just not that into conditioner, especially at $25 a pop.

Light Conditioner

Conditioner is very light, doesn't weigh my hair down. It smells good and doesn't leave my hair oily by the end of the day.

The smell of this product was great (as are most Oribe products). I think this product will be great for men or women or wash their hair multiple times a day or have dry hair. Also, swimmers or people that are involved with activities that are harsh on the hair. But overall, I would have to say that this product is just "OK".
