It does give a cool matte finish. It's great. It does dry fast and you can't do a second coat really.
Not Very Easy to Use
Steady hand actually is required. Love the look, but it wasn't as easy as I'd hoped it would be. My nails are pretty curved so I had a hard time getting the stickers to stick and thus polish slipped under the sticker. Might be cooler to actually cut the stickers to the right shape and just leave them on over top of a painted nail.
When I found myself bored with my solid colored nails, I turned to this stencil kit for an easy upgrade. Although it took a minute to settle on a size (many options available), it was simple to peel and stick. And stick they do! No bleed through or lifting. The hardest part was waiting for the color to dry so I could reveal my 'runway look'!
new and fun
New art deco for the novice. These help align and get the design you are looking for. Trendy and easy to use!
These are not really necessary because you can just use binder hole reinforcements but they are convenient and look professional .
I received these as a Christmas gift from my husband. The stencils are so easy to use and my nails look great! I've always wanted to try a Ruffian manicure and these made it super easy.
I love the have moon color difference on a manicure so I used these to help so easy and my nails looked great.
The concept is great but the product tends to bleed under the sticker. Also if u bur the polish on too thick it pulls off when you remove the sticker.
Although I love the idea of not having to pay big bucks for a high impact manicure, I have been using this concept for years. I use the price dots from office max. the adhesive isn't too strong, they are easy to find, and they come in varying sizes. I would use your money on ruffians great colors and skip this.
I liked how sturdy these stencils were. Once you stuck them down, no nail polish leaked underneath. I made the mistake the first time of leaving my first coat to dry for only an hour, and some of the polish peeled up with the sticker. I now wait longer. It would be helpful to have slightly clearer instructions, but I was also able to make my own patterns up as I went, which was fine by me.
