This is so much easier to use that the sock bun that is all over the internet. I love the bun look but my hair is really thin and a bun never looked good until now. The product is so simple and holds all day long. After taking out the Half-up, my hair was slightly wavy and had really go bounce.
does not work for my thick hair
My hair does not fit inside the slot to even start the bun. If I put too little the bun doesn't stay.
Okay so here's the deal...you need to watch the video tutorial before you use this, people! Once you do, you'll know how to use this. I have long, thick hair and I used this tool to pull the top part of my hair up into a half-up. Love it!!
Not right for my hair
My hair is medium length and layered. I tried a few times and just couldn't get it to work right. It looked messy with stray strands falling out of the sides. The half up factor also didn't leave enough of my hair to properly cover the foam. I wanted it to work! But it didn't.
Easy Hair Acessory
I had to look for a video on how to use it, but once I learned it, it worked well with my fine long hair.
This didn't work for my thick hair. The result didn't look like a sock bun at all.
Easiest, cutest ballerina bun
I've use a few hair tricks such as the 'bump it' with little to no success. I've wanted to try this look but wasn't sure how to achieve it. I thought it would be strange to put a sock in my hair like the Pinterest pin shows. So I am very happy with half - up. It's super easy to use.
It's good product but I have curly hair which make a bun it self.
not for me
i wasnt a big fan of this.. my hair is really thin and didnt want to cooperate with this
I have very fine, thin hair, so this was hard to use and didn't really work for my hair. My layers fell out and the product wasn't completely covered when I wound my hair around it.
