This stuff keeps me going through the dreaded dryness of the east coast winter, protecting my face from the killing dryness. I'm not very loyal; I use a lot of moisturizers, but this one's an excellent fall-back moisturizer. I go back to it time and time again.

If you have super dry skin this may be great for you. Its quite heavy and also has a heavy fragrance. My skin didnt like it one bit, but it took care of my ashy elbows. So all wasnt lost on it.

I enjoy the smell and the overall feel of this product. It does not feel greasy, but can become overwhelming if more than a dime size is used. I have been using Hope in a Jar for 2 years, and I used to love it. It now smells like iron and blood, and seems a lot thicker and heavier. It still moisturizes well, but it just isnt very good for acne prone skin anymore.
