I have been using black liquid eyeliner for many years... Nothing compares to this product. This by far the best eyeliner I have ever used. It glides on, doesn't smudge, and makes top eyeliner easy as pie. This chic black eyeliner is perfect for day or night and allows the freedom to create many different cat eye looks. If you are a fan of liquid eyeliner, you will not be disappointed in this product.

I absolutely love all of theBALM products I've tried so I was really excited to try this liquid eyeliner. It's way more difficult to apply well than I expected. It can be done... it just takes about twice as long as other liners I've tried... and I'm definitely a make-up junkie! Once you do get it on it stays put and looks beautiful... so I'm on the fence. Maybe with a little more practice I'll fall in love...

This eyeliner is awesome! The fine tip allows for it to go on as thick or thin as you like. It dries fast and dries matte which gives a great effect. This is now my favorite eyeliner!

$17 is a lot for just a regular black liquid eyeliner, but it being theBalm, I felt it was worth a shot. After using it a couple times, I feel like I could go back to my $6 Loreal drugstore liner and get a better deal for my money. The Schwing is okay, it has a great applicator. The only down side is that it runs. How does liquid eyeliner run? I use liquid because using the other kinds always creates that raccoon effect on me and I hate always having to worry about wiping under my eyes and checking it. I should not have the same problem with liquid. I will not be repurchasing. It's basically a high priced eyeliner in my book. I'm disappointed.

This is easy to use, glides on with ease and dries quick. I gave this 3 stars because it's smudges when it gets wet (watery eyes).

I like the color and the precision that the applicator provides. It does NOT BUDGE a bit after it dries!

this is probably one of the best liquid liners i've ever had, and i wear black liquid liner pretty much every day. it stays in place on my oily eyelids, is easy to use, and doesn't dry out or flake away. however, $17 is a lot to pay when the l'oreal lineur intense in carbon black is practically identical in formula. I say, try this if you love the l'oreal one (or the lancome eyeliner) for a cute little splurge. :)

I have a really hard time with liquid eyeliner. It typically does not go on well. However, this is the first time I have used it and did not feel like I was over doing it. It was so easy to control that I trust that I could slowly build the line to the thickness I wanted. I think my only complaint is the liquid would get on my eyelashes and then on the tips of my fingers. But, I think that is more my lack of technique that practice and time will fix. It did not ruin how it looked though, which was nice!

I love, love, love this liquid eyeliner! It doesn't smudge at all, dries quickly, and the sponge applicator is perfect for creating a cat eye. It was worth the price and I'll definitley be buying this product again!
