It may have been funny enough to make a sequel, but a real life hangover is nothing to laugh about. Far from it — it's the stuff of painful, what-am-I-doing-with-my-life type nightmares that make you wonder if Dante's Inferno was inspired by a ride on the Tequila Express. Hopefully your party child days are behind you, but the occasional wild night happens. And when it does, you’ll be prepared for the consequences.

Step 1: Do a shot.
