Every Mile Counts
I'm getting back to four mile runs, at least three days a week; and tracking what I eat, even if I go over my calorie budget that day.

Starting back in on P90X and kickboxing, and goin back on the caveman diet! BRING IT ON!!! (And I've got killer support from friends and family)
Keep It Positive
My go time strategy for 2014 is to be more positive and look at the good things that are happening rather than focusing on the daily grind wearing me down.
Crack The Code, Ditch the Drive-Thru
To start 2014 strong I'm going to stop getting my food through a drive thru and go through Whole Foods instead, start working out on campus at least 3 days a week, and continue learning new programming languages to get some businesses going this year, and lastly I'm going to finish my ebook and look good doing all of this thanks to my Birchbox. Thanks Guys.
