March 2015: Editors Letter

On icy mornings its natural to shuffle out of bed and reach for the same old jeans and salt-stained boots. Its one of winters ironies: Our daily commute may resemble an Antarctic expedition, but our spirit of adventure has plummeted lower than the mercury.

We cant let winter win. Were battling back. By mustering the energy to don a tweed sport coat underneath that puffy coat. By resisting Netflix in bed and taking to the streets for some urban snowshoeing. By waterproofing everything we own and proving that mind can trump (slushy) matter.
