This week, two of W3LL PEOPLE'S three founders, Shirley Pinkson and James Walker, paid a special visit to Birchbox HQ to school us on the benefits of natural beauty. Infused with 100 percent natural ingredients, W3LL PEOPLE offers the essentials you’d find from a luxury beauty line—think: foundations, powders, liners—all without harsh and potentially dangerous chemicals. At the end of their talk—which touched on everything from hazards of parabens to a breakdown of their many multitasking products—Pinkson and Walker surprised the audience of Birchboxers with a pop quiz.
