How do we love the Smashbox Full Exposure Palette? Let us count the ways. The shimmery and matte shadows are insanely versatile, complement a wide range of eye shapes, and can be used to create a sultry night-out look. Now Global Pro Lead Makeup Artist Lori Taylor Davis gives us yet another reason to seriously sweat this palette by showing us how to make your eyes pop. And we mean really pop. It’s time to open up that palette. Start with a matte base shade, working your way up from the lash line with an eye shading brush and blending up and across to finish just below the brow bone. Next, layer on one of the shimmery mid-tones.
Smudge a dark black shade across your upper lash line with an angled brush, then do the same with the taupe shadow. Repeat along your bottom lash line, blending together.
Use the Always Sharp Waterproof Kohl Liner to line your top lid close to the lashes and the inner rim of your lower lash line. Curl your eyelashes, then apply the Full Exposure mascara (a travel size is included with the palette!) to the upper lashes. Rub the wand with a tissue before using it again to line your lower lashes. Finish by defining your brows with Smashbox’s Brow Tech To Go—Birchbox carries the Brunette shade.
