Transitioning from scraggly to perfectly groomed brows is a matter of just a few precise snips—but the difference is staggering. Keep unruly hairs in check with this handy little tool from JAPONESQUE®, a trusted favorite among makeup artists and industry pros for years. Defined brows are just a clip and a snip away.
I just purchased these. I first used them on my mom and then my son. They worked so well that I was ready to trim my own eyebrows. Well, I got a little carried away and nearly cut all of my eyebrow hair off. I'd looked a bit odd for a while and had to pencil on eyebrows to make what little I had left show up. They are great but cutter beware.4
I bought these for my son. He likes them very much. I have not yet used them but will have to borrow them soon.5
I don't disagree that this gadget is (relatively) simple to use and it definitely does what it's supposed to do; however, I've decided that I'll let the barber trim mine during my monthly cut and waxer do it during my quarterly wax.
1. the scissor is really for more petite hands so I do find myseld working a bunch of angles and then spending too much time trying to get everything just right.
2. I did cut way too much off (even with the attached comb) and now I have stragglers growing at odd textures and sticking straight out
I wouldn't recommend this.
my eyebrows grow fast, and get a bit unruly. waiting to go to the barber to get them trimmed up wasn't good enough. i read about this scissor/comb combo, and decided to try it out. it works...although, you almost have to be ambidextrous to get them to work well on both brows. but they work well enough to tide me over until my next barber shop visit.4
This tool was very easy to use and made grooming my eyebrows a quick process. Easy to remove the comb and just use the scissors for the end, too. Would recommend!5
