In 1995, Alternative embarked on a mission to create the perfect t-shirt. Two decades later, we can’t argue with the results. This instant favorite features a deep v-neck, blind stitching, and incredibly soft Eco-Heather: a perfectly imperfect blend of organic cotton, recycled polyester, and natural rayon. Whether you’re in it for style, or its sustainable pedigree, this is one classic that lives up to the legend. Don't know your size? Check out our Sizing Guide.
Decent shirt overall. Soft and very light weight, also kept its shape after a few washes. I don't mind that the material is so thin except for the fact that I'll probably only wear it around the house.3
i have a number of their shirts, sweatshirts, and even yoga pants. the sizing has always been perfect. but, i ordered this shirt...waited for over a month to receive it, due to it being out-of-stock...and when i got it, it's as long as a nightshirt. fits through the chest and arms, as always...but the length is a mess. can't really tuck it in, and leaving it out looks like I should belt it, and wear it as a mini-dress (and I'm a guy...so that's not happening).3
The shirt was a little thin for my taste, almost see thou. The fabric was soft and stayed soft after washing. But summers around the corner and I can't wait to see how it does in the summer heat.3
Feels soft and of good quality. Couldn't really tell any difference between this tee and other black tees that I have.3
Box shows that i got the basic crew, but i did get the v neck, which is super soft and will be a great workout shirt at home. But, the V neck is too low for barrel chested men.3
This shirt seems great. Good feel to it. Nice and soft! BUT...Birchbox sent me a size to small. So I won't be wearing this until I start running again and lose this winter weight.3
This is an amazing t shirt, but not sure it's worth the price. It is VERY soft next to the skin, but after a couple washes, it's starting to lose it's shape. At the rate it's going, I won't be able to wear it by itself, only as an undershirt.4
I don't mind that the material is so thin except for the fact that I'll probably only wear it around the house, to do yard work or when I go running for the simple fact that it feels light.4
The material and cut reminded me of my American apparel shirts but the material was thin to the point of being a bit sheer. Nothing I'd feel comfortable wearing for anything other than an undershirt.4
I like the shirt, but I don't think I'll be able to wear it. The v-neck is too deep for my liking and the shirt is also a bit too slim. It's just not my style, but I would recommend any of the other Alternative Apparel products.4
