Though you may spend your days bedecked in a bearskin, even woodsmen have the right to clean up nice. These tie bars are the perfect accent for a trapper in a suit, with a stained wooden finish and simple design that balance striking good looks and subtlety. While we can’t guarantee that Davey Crockett wore a tie, we still like to think that these would make him crack a smile.
I've been getting so many compliments about this tie bar, people coming up saying "is that wood" it's been a good conversation starter. It's also a good because of it's casual nature for a dressed up dressed down look. I will be buying more5
If this is your style, fine, but for me, this product is a little too earthy/hippie. I prefer a sterling tie clip. Perhaps a younger, hipper man might like this, though.2
I have never owned a tie bar before. I like the product and have gotten compliments on it. That said, I probably wouldn't have paid $20 for it.3
This works well with a skinny tie, but anything else doesn't work. The color is hard to match with other accessories and an all wood theme doesn't really work for most business settings. The idea is great though.3
Great concept; works well with a blue suit! The quality of the product is great, even the packaging was good.4
Never knew I needed a tie clip until it came in my BB. Huge fan of these smaller brands. And the small sachet is great too.5
The tieclip has a very simple design but functions great and goes a long way in improving my work attire.5
I definitely like the style - I'm not really a tie bar kind of guy, but I can see using this with jeans and a sharp button down.3
I like this quite a bit. It has a toned down appearance and goes well with outfits that may not support a normal metal tie bar. It seems well constructed and not likely to fall apart.4
Birchbox seems to consistently miss the mark with me. Many products, like this one, are nice ideas, yet they do not fit my age and style. My 20-year-old cousin, on the other hand, should enjoy this.2
