We’ve learned a painful lesson about sunburn over the years: It can happen anywhere—in between toes, on the tops of ears, along the part in our hair. This balm provides sun protection for another often-forgotten spot: our lips. At SPF 45, it’s strong enough for a bright day at the beach—and with its oh-so-subtle tint, it gives us a healthier kind of color.
The balm comes on smooth and is great because I'm outside all the time during the summer hiking. But it smells weird, and the smell of a lip balm or lipstick matters to me. I don't know why. It does not taste good either. When it came out of the package it looked like there was something wrong with plastic wrapping on the outside of the tube. I has some weird pink line that goes all around it. I don't know if that is normal or not. But all in all it is a nice product.3
Although it felt really nice on my lips, there was an odor that was a little unpleasant. Not sure if I will reorder this item.3
I ordered this on a whim and it is my new favorite lippy. It goes on so smooth and lasts a really, really long time. It makes my lips look fantastically supple and smooth. I am normally not a fan of balm that have a subtle tint - cause they are almost always pink and end up looking silly on me, but this one is slightly beige and the tint looks natural only better. I am really glad I took a chance on it.5
Excited for the summer so I can use this and be sure to protect my lips. The subtle tint is nice- not too strong of a color. Regardless of if you are sensitive to the sun you should use this.5
Love SPF for lips! I play out door sports and live in Fl.
Got to keep your pucker looking smooth and wrinkle free.
THIS is a MUST for anyone who spends time out in the sun. Save your lips as they can sunburn as well. I love how this goes on and the benefit of having sunscreen. LOVE! I ordered 5 last time I ordered to ensure I always have one handy5
When is fleshy brown a "subtle" color? How is ash brown a "healthy tint"? This is a huge dud in my book because it looks like I purchased this in the necro makeup section. I can't use the balm for its intended purpose because the color is so atrocious1
I use this all the time. It doesn't have a strong sunblock taste which is one of my pet peeves with lip balm that has spf. It isn't as moisturizing as other lip balms but I think it does the job fine. It gets a wee bit melty in the heat so i leave it in my cooler.4
I need lip protection from the sun, as my lips chap and burn. This lip balm is the best for that, especially on my long walks.5
I love this lip SPF. It has a decent taste and is long lasting. I always have this in my pocket during this day.5
