Your hands go through a lot, what will all the wood-chopping, brush-clearing, and lion-taming you do on a daily basis. That's why you need an intense hand cream to get them back in working (read: non-gross) order. This mineral-enriched formula does the trick and then some, healing sensitive skin, cracked fingers, and more. Plus, it sinks in immediately with no residue.
I used to love this hand cream, but I recently learned that it's produced in the politically-charged geography of the West Bank and I would rather not get embroiled in giving profit to a company that might be violating human rights.1
I gave this hand cream a shot since I got my sample. It was too greasy for me. Thirty minutes after applying it, my hands were still super greasy. It just didn't absorb for me. The scent is great.2
I have ridiculously dry hands. After reading the reviews I decided to purchase some and give it a try. It is a very nice product, and I actually like the tangy smell. However, I'm not sure that it will be enough for me come winter. I usually use a hand wax to sleep with during the winter, which does have residue, but is super moisturizing at night. My hands are in decent shape from using the AHAVA, but I need a bit more for a product at night. The good thing is, I can use this at any time and be able to function since the cream does sink in.3
This is a solid moisturizer that's not overly heavy, but not too light - just enough to get the job done when your hands need it. The scent is nice but not overpowering, and will fade. It's great for winter, but also good for any other time of the year. Especially good for hands, knees, elbows, and feet.4
this moisturizer is the perfect tool for winter dry skin. it does go on greasy but a little goes a long way.4
I love the fact that it's a deep moisture without all the grease. Unfortunately, the scent isn't my favorite, but I honestly don't think that's going to stop me from buying this again!4
This is a great product, I applied way to much the first time but I kept rubbing it in and in, finally there was no oily residue. I now know the correct amount and within a few seconds of rubbing the product around my hands there is no residue and they are left moisturized. I do no enjoy the original scent it leaves, but it does fade away shortly. We are constantly using our hands why not take care of them?4
I like how this hand cream makes my very dry and cracked fingers feel. I have sensitive skin (eczema and overall dryness), and this cream doesn't bother me. The only thing I don't like about it is that it smells kind of "medical".4
I really like this cream, but you have to be careful not to use too much. I bought this for my husband, who works with his hands. He has a penchant for using a LOT of whatever product he's using. If you use too much, it's very oily and doesn't absorb well. The good news is that a small amount works wonderfully, absorbs well, and makes the bottle last much longer!4
This product has been one of the only hand lotions/creams that has really helped to restore moisture to my extremely dry, painful hands. In the winter, my hands will crack so much that they bleed and this has helped to calm, nourish and restore.4
