Forget doing an in-depth sartorial study of Wes Anderson or Ryan Gosling—giving your wardrobe a little flair is a lot easier than you might think. All you have to do is flash some color where it’s least expected. Richer Poorer’s eye-catching socks take any hum-drum get-up up a notch with bright patterns and colors.
I was so excited when these cam in my box because I was leaving on a trip the next day. They earned a coveted spot in my suitcase and ended up being horrible! They fit poorly on my size 13 foot and squeezed my calf/ankle (which is average circumference). They were not good for the city walking we did on our trip and I only wore them once. Maybe they would work well for somebody with tiny feet and stick legs. I am planning on giving them to my wife.1
I received the sock in my monthly box, I really like them at first the patterns were great and the material was decently thick as most socks like these tend to be very thin!! But I washed and dryed them and they shrunk up soon much to almost a girl size sock, good product if you intend on air drying them.1
But I can't. The pattern is exactly what was shown. They're very nice looking. The problem is that they are almost completely inelastic. I can hear tearing when I put them on. It's very difficult to get them over my heal and I can feel threads not stretching across the bottom of my foot. Very strange and almost like nobody QA'd then at all.
Definitely won't be buying another pair and will probably ditch these.
They are on the thinner side for socks. These are the right socks for the right person. I dress a little more conservative and wear ankle length socks so these weren't really for me.1
I was not impressed by these socks at all. Might have worn them if they were more men like. Quality seemed good though, they weren't real thin.1
Not for me- colors are ridicules- not sure it it is for grown ups or my kids1
My boyfriend wears a size 13 but could barely stretch these socks wide enough to fit around his toes and ball of his foot! I couldn't believe how small they were. I gave them to my mom instead she wears a size 9 womens and they were even tight on her. I love the pattern but the material is rather thin and seems cheesy.1
I love the fun patterns, but the material quality feels kind of cheap. They don't stretch very well and feel plastic-y. They also don't stay up around my calfs when walking and bunch up around my ankles. Big no-no for socks.1
Great looking socks, however the quality of this product is lacking. I have worn two pairs maybe 10 times each, both pairs have holes in the toes. Had I purchased these for ten bucks a pop, I'd be asking for replacements.1
Bright colors and patterns can make you stand out in a crowd, but the designs I recieved were quite hideous, in colors that went with nothing I own. I am a guy who buys patterened socks, but would never choose these. Sadly, a miss. Even more sadly, I recieved two pairs and little else of value in my box.1
