We can’t get enough of fine dining, fine art, or fine wine—but our fine hair often falls flat (both figuratively and all-too-literally). Fortunately, this thickening balm adds extra oomph to each and every strand, so fine hair feels fuller and thicker. Even better, the formula adds shine and protects hair from heat, without weight, stiffness, or goopiness.
For a gal with fine hair, this product is amazing. It doesn't add weight, and with just a pea-sized amount, it adds enough texture and lift to make that subtle but biggest difference for my hair. Would definitely purchase again!5
Great ratings for this. Thanks so much for letting me try it. I love getting g my box with so many news things to try out that I never would have know or tried myself so thanks5
I love this smell! It is not for everyone, but I love it! I don't think the product is anything special, but it makes my hair smell great, so that in its self is worthwhile.5
Its great to find a product that works and is good for you, too. After receiving samples of Dear Clark wash and rinse, I had to order them and added this thickening balm to to the purchase. This stuff works exactly as their description states. It truly provides a thicker, fuller, and healthy look to my fine short hair. Can't wait to try the other two styling products from Dear Clark.5
Really like that this brand has all natural products - I got the shampoo in my box and bought this as well as another from Dear Clark. They all smell really good, my girlfriend actually loves this one the most - it makes her hair really bouncy and volumized, and shiny without looking greasy, which I like5
Smells awesome and made my hair look really volumized and sleek - will definitely be repurchasing. Glad to have discovered this brand!5
I was excited to try this brand, as I'd read of Dear Clark online, but I wasn't able to find many reviews of their products. I like that their thickening balm is made with natural ingredients--including essential oils for fragrance--and the smell is divine. (I'm usually a hater of really smelly products.) It sort of reminds me of Aveda's smell - strong and defining, but also very appealing. But I think Dear Clark is more gender-neutral in its natural fragrance.
I have fine, shoulder-length hair, and was hoping this product would add both thickening and volume. Sadly, it only slightly thickened my hair, and it left me with a somewhat coated feel after I blew it dry. I also still had to use my standard Aveda Phomollient to gain curl/volume.
I actually think my husband will prefer this over me, so we are definitely keeping it. But we won't likely repurchase once we've used up this tube.
