It’s a common misconception among guys that a T-shirt is a T-shirt. Not so. This T-shirt is a work of art. Dispensing with the typical baggy, boxy cut, this tee pays homage to the past while cutting a distinctly modern silhouette. The Brando Cut is an ideal shirt for going out, staying in, or, you know, hollering that special someone’s name in the streets (though if this is your style of choice, odds are you’re a good deal more advanced in the science of seduction than Brando’s character in A Streetcar Named Desire). Don't know your size? Check out our Sizing Guide.
This T-shirt was just ok. It doesn't really look like anything special and the sleeves are cut a little funny. I'm tall and have large muscles on my arms so it looked strange on me. Maybe if I had skinnier arms it might have looked better.2
The shirt fits ultra snug, but the problem is if you are an XXL, birchbox does not allow you to tag that in your own profile so they send you one to small in the first place.2
Weird cut to me. Liked the scalloped hem okay, but the extremely narrow shoulders looked really awkward on me. I like that folks are exploring ways of adapting the t-shirt, but this one just didn't work for me, unfortunately.2
Its ok not a fan of the sleeves or the slim fit. I gave it to my fincee it looks cute on her2
These were high quality, but they just didn't work on my frame. You need some serious shoulders to pull of the neck cut, I just saying.3
I received one of these in one of my very first boxes, and just stumbled on the shirt this morning, having totally forgot about it. Out of the package the shirt fit awesome, relatively slim, fantastic quality and stitching. However, it was basically only good for one wear considering it shrunk pretty drastically, even through cold water and hang drying. Not bad for around the house or an undershirt though.3
For the price they're asking, these shirts are not true-fit to size. No length in the torso either. I would wear them around the house but don't think I'd ever be seen in public.3
I love the shirt that came in the monthly box - it fits great and holds up well.
The ones I ordered are equaly good quality, but are a little different size despite being labeled the same. The large that was sent is a bit smaller than the large that was ordered; I wish I had ordered a medium.
I think this product ran very small. My boyfriend normally wears a large shirt but they're baggy, a medium size of this shirt came in the mail and it fits like a ladies' medium. I wear it and like it a lot, but I sleep in it because it's obviously mens' fit (different arms, wide shoulder)3
Overall it's a very nice shirt, very soft material and nice color but I'm not sold. There are other similar shirts that I think are nicer quality for similar prices. Sizing does seem to run smaller.3
