It’s a common misconception among guys that a T-shirt is a T-shirt. Not so. This T-shirt is a work of art. Dispensing with the typical baggy, boxy cut, this tee pays homage to the past while cutting a distinctly modern silhouette. The Brando Cut is an ideal shirt for going out, staying in, or, you know, hollering that special someone’s name in the streets (though if this is your style of choice, odds are you’re a good deal more advanced in the science of seduction than Brando’s character in A Streetcar Named Desire). When I first got the shirt, I was very pleased in the feel of the shirt. I liked the fabric and it was really comfortable.
However, I didn't really like the cut of the shirt, just was cut odd, at least for me and my body type. Could also have been due to the fact that I'm more a M-L and I received and XL. Lastly, when I received the shirt, there was a small hole in the back of the T.
At this point, I'd have a hard time recommending the product.
Pretty good shirt, sizes seem to run small. Got an XL in my box, (usually a M or L), quick wash and it now fits pretty well, a bit tight at first but after some quality weekend couch time its good to go. Very comfortable, very soft.4
I was shocked when I saw the t-shirt! I love Barking Irons shirts. they are what american ingenuity is all about! I have 3 v-necks and they have carried me through casual, to edgy, to street. They are always a huge ice-breaker, and conversation piece. Get one!... or 12...4
At 6'6", this is what I would call a belly shirt.
I don't like belly shirts.
It's a soft, light weight shirt and fits relatively small. I like it but doesn't fit me any better than a number of shirts I already own especially for the the price. It's comfy but nothing that I'll remember.3
Horribly disappointed with this t-shirt. I am a t-shirt and jeans guy, so to my surprise there was a t-shirt......very excited until I put this shirt on.
Who designs a men's t-shirt with such short sleeves? If you have any size arm, these are like womens shirts.....HORRIBLE!
The neck is ok and the fabric is nice.....but the overall cut of this shirt is just bad.
I showed this to several friends, all of who tried on the shirt and the sleeves are TOO SMALL. They make little "wings" on the side. No man wants a shirt like this unless your wearing drag.
really disappointed and I will not be purchasing this shirt.
I always wear a medium sized shirt, but I was not going to get into this medium. It did not fit me in the shoulders and the shirt was not long enough. It would not even completely cover my belt while wearing. Even if this shirt did fit me I would be hesitant to spend this much on this shirt. It just did not feel like a high quality shirt and already the neck seemed to have an uneven opening.2
Living in Southern California, Summers can be very hot, and with the wrong weight of cotton even a t-shirt can be sweltering. This shirt feels light and airy, making the most of every sea-source breeze.
I particularly appreciate the hem. It is unique and quite original. I am not used to sleeves this short but it definitely feels lighter and more flexible.
My t-shirt I received did not have any graphics on it so it was perfect. I am not a fan of the graphic t-shirt. The shirt fits great, it is soft and it seems to wear well after a couple of washes. This shirt is perfect for hot weather, wearing to a baseball game or just lounging around the house. They are cut perfect as well.4
They do not quite fit me. I think my arms are too small. The colors and fabric are great.3
