A lip balm that does its job well shouldn’t need to be reapplied every five minutes. C.O. Bigelow’s chemists had that in mind when they crafted this hydrating formula, which doesn’t just moisturize lips, but also provides long-lasting protection. Fragrance-free and with no artificial colorants, it’s the most straightforward high-performing lip treatment out there.
I love this lip balm! My lips are dry and this product helps do the job to moisturize them! I always have one in my purse and use it at night before bed. I wake up and my lips feel refreshed.3
I was really excited to try this lip balm. However, I find that although the product goes on nicely, it has no staying power! I am constantly re-applying. For the money I think there are better products.3
Pros: Smells amazing, and keeps your lips well moisturized without having to reapply.
Cons: Way too shiny. It looks almost like you are wearing lip gloss if you put too much on.
My lips get pretty chapped in the winter so I need to use a lot. Blistex medicated lip balm is a better alternative, and doesn't leave your lips shiny.
This is a nice, mostly scent-free balm. My only issue is that I prefer the minty scent and taste of the others from this brand. My husband loves this one, though, and when I thought it was just OK, he took it.3
So I'm a tube-chapstick guy, currently using Burt's bees.
After getting this in my Birchbox and trying it out I can say that I really like it alot. Doesn't leave a shiny finish, just hydrated lips. Smells great too.
I'll give it a few more weeks and very well may switch to this.
tastes and feels great but as with any chapstick it seems to dry my lips out more so i have to constantly apply it.3
This product glides on smooth, doesn't smell or taste horrible. I did reapply but not that often. It's a good lip balm.4
I haven't heard of and can't pronounce many of the initial ingredients- The most heavy ingredient is "petrolatum" followed by "Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2. and "Squaline" But, then there is 5% shea butter, and 2% almond oil toward the end.
Do I care that it is mostly chemicals? Not really. It goes on smooth and feels good.
Nice feel on the lips not sticky love the minty scent. I'm not a huge lip gloss fan but I was happy with this product4
This stuff is awesome.. it goes on smooth and lasts a while. It doesn't have any taste or scent, but sometimes its about the moisturizer :)4
