With a healthy dose of quinine extracted from Ecuadorian tree bark, this is the perfect shampoo for Gin and Tonic lovers. The woodsy-scented formula gives your scalp a deep-tissue massage in order to bulk up and reinvigorate thinning hair, with vitamins and pure plant extracts going where your fingers can’t to stimulate natural oil. This shampoo is an excellent first step towards stopping the hair thinning process in its tracks.
I love the woodsy smell of this shampoo. It's great great for guys who don't want their hair to radiate with a strong scent, but just a natural cleanliness. It's a great everyday shampoo, although I find it to be a little watery and difficult to work up to a lather. Regarding the other claims that it "bulks up and reinvigorates thinning hair", I have yet to see this results. As a guy with pretty fine hair, I enjoy this product for what it is -- a nice smelling and effective shampoo that can be used everyday.4
Not sure if it is doing anything special like it states on the label, but it cleans well and smells good...4
The first think I noticed about the shampoo was its intoxicating smell. It has a very woodsy/manly scent that invades the nostrils and invigorates my body in the morning. My hair is slightly thinning, and I have not seen a dramatic increase in hair growth, but for the smell alone, I am happy to continue using this product in preventing hair thinning/loss.4
This shampoo has a light lather and smells great. does not have any benefit for people with thinning hair though.4
The appearance is certainly unusual. Think "vanilla extract with a woodsy scent." Once you get past the dark, runny appearance, it's actually a pretty good product. It doesn't lather much - which is probably a good thing - and leaves hair feeling soft without the need to use conditioner.4
This is the second month I received shampoo, and I was very grateful to get this new one to try (Klorane Shampoo).
On my first lather, it didn’t do much, and I was wondering if maybe it wasn’t going to suds up, but I guess my hair was a little dirty as upon rinsing and re-applying for a second round, it lathered right up. I have to say that it words great and really cleans well.
I’ve been using it for a week now and have to say that it is a great product and I do recommend it to anybody who may be looking for a good quality shampoo.
I like shampoo and even use it as body was most of the time. This one has a lovely smell to it.4
I'm really happy with this shampoo. It doesn't provide a ton of volume on top, for that you'd have to use a styling product anyway. It does provide a nice gentle cleansing, leaving my hair incredibly shiny and easier to comb out without necessitating a detangler. I bought it mainly for my thinning ends, and it leaves them especially bouncy and healthier looking. Other reviewers have complained about the scent. While it is a bit more masculine, and I'm a girl, I really like the crisp, cedar/pine scent and I think it smells clean and wintery.5
I dont usually spend $20.00 on a shampoo, but my hair is very thin and has no life. This shampoo smells nice and it made my hair feel like it had a lot of bounce.5
Smells good, make my hair shiny and clean and bouncy/full - unsure at this point (haven't been using it long enough) if it keeps hair loss at bay, but I am enjoying using it5
